Steve Wells is responsible for the overall operation of the company as the General Manager. He was the President of CTS Services for over 10 years. Steve has an extensive background in the HVAC Service industry and has spent his career with major companies. His management experience prior to CTS Services includes positions of Vice President of National Accounts and Vice President of Commercial Service for two large Service organizations as well as Service Manager for a rapidly growing HVAC provider.
Steve has over 30 years of practical experience in the HVAC industry and holds Masters licenses in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, West Virginia, District of Columbia, South Carolina and Texas. His service and installation background ranges from experience with fractional tonnage through equipment up to 1,450 tons and systems up to 17,000 tons, including chillers, cooling towers, closed and open loop systems, pumps, heat exchangers, hot water and steam boilers, and central plant operations, with a concentration towards Mission Critical systems and facilities.
In addition to his management and technical background, he has taught HVAC classes for ABC CraftMasters and continues to teach HVAC classes at CTS Services on a regular basis.

Steve Mantua, is now the Vice President of Operation and was the Senior Vice President for for the past 10 years of CTS Services. He has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC/Mechanical field. Prior to CTS Services, Steve owned and managed Mechanical Welding Services (merged with CTS Services in 2001) for 20 years. With a strong background in mechanical welding and large piping projects, Steve has mechanical experience with rigging and the installation of various types of mechanical systems and equipment including chillers, towers, CRAC units, Core units, pumps, boilers, and rigging. Steve has extensive experience in estimating and managing large time sensitive projects and multi-trade coordination. He has built a division that is well known and respected by our customers for delivering Quality projects ON SCHEDULE.
Projects that Steve and his department have managed include complete Chilled Water Systems, Cooling Tower installations and replacements, Multi-Unit High Rise retrofits (up to 1400 units), Commercial and Industrial piping projects, etc…. and range in duration from 2 days to 2 years. In addition, Steve’s background and knowledge allows us to specialize in pre-fabrication of various systems and system components.
Victor Weatherford CDCDP, Vice Presidentvweatherford@ctsservices.net
Responsible for development and management of new business and marketing, Victor Weatherford serves as Vice President. He has over 29 years of experience in the HVAC industry and 16 of those years have been in sales and management positions. He has extensive experience in mission critical environments and electrical design, installation and service, including UPS systems, generators, and mission critical environments. Upon joining CTS Services, Mr. Weatherford brought a sales background that includes experience with split systems, rooftop units, computer room environmental units, chillers, boilers and critical electrical systems.
Rusty Mollencop, Vice President of Finance
Rusty Mollencop is our Vice President of Finance and is responsible for all financial activities of the company including reporting, budgeting, planning and maintaining banking, insurance and surety relationships. He has 29 years of finance and accounting experience including 20 years in the construction industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Don Bailey, Director of Field Services
Don Bailey, our new Director of Field Services is an experienced HVAC executive with nearly 35 years of Mechanical trade experience. His role in our organization is to oversee all service operations and ensure the highest level of service excellence.
Previously, Don held a position of Director of HVAC Services at Fidelity Engineering Corp and his emphasis is in HVAC & Auxiliary Systems, Operations and Service. He is a ten year Navy Veteran with an Accreditation as AC&R Instructor for Central Texas College/Afloat College Education. He has extensive knowledge of Air Conditioning Chillers, VRF Systems, Boilers, Compressed Air Systems, Steam Systems, Generators, Pumps, Hydraulics, Hydronic and most all Auxiliary Systems in addition to Facilities and Service Operations.

With over 20 years of experience, Ben O’Connor has extensive experience in sales in the HVAC industry. He has been with CTS Services since 2002 and has been Sales Manager for the last 2 years. He is responsible for meeting the sales targets of CTS Services though implementing marketing strategies, effective planning and budgeting. Some of his other responsibilities include preparing sales policies and procedures, sales team management and recruitment, coaching and training the sales team, strategic planning, implementing and maintaining the current Customer Relationship Management System. Mr. O’ Connor has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and Certified Data Centre Design Professional – CDCDP training.

Sal Greensfelder has over 10 years of mechanical experience and as Director of Operations, his responsibilities include establishing and maintaining project procedures, project and manpower scheduling, project files, information, and subcontractor relationships. He has extensive experience in mission critical environments and the installation of the air conditioning systems associated with mission critical environments. Some of these systems include computer room air conditioning units, high density air conditioning units, split systems, rooftop units, and chillers. He also has extensive experience in managing large time sensitive projects and multi-trade coordination.

Mary Roesinger is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience managing a full spectrum of human resources programs, services and functions. She rejoined the CTS Services team in December 2012 as their HR Director. She originally joined CTS Services in 2002 as their HR Manger and left in 2007 with a sister company who had been sold to a publically traded company. She has over 10 years’ experience in the HR field and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and HR Management. Her areas of responsibilities include Staff Recruitment and Development, Benefits and Compensation Administration, HR Policies, Processes and Procedures, Strategic Planning, Employee Relations, New Hire Orientations – development and execution, and Training & Development.

Tom Washington has more than 20 years of experience in service operations and sales. His management experience includes positions of Assistant Service Manager and Director of Service Sales & Marketing. The service department is currently under Tom’s direction, and he is responsible for the activities of all service coordinators and service technicians. He was also the lead for the service department for implementation of the field management software package.
