Service Technician Apprentice- Maryland or Virginia
Assists HVAC Field Service Technician in repairing, maintaining, replacing and servicing of heating, refrigerating and/or cooling systems used in commercial industrial and high-tech facilities. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related mechanical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. A MD/VA HVACR Apprentice license is preferred. Must have EPA approved CFC Certification type 1 or 2 or higher.
Service Technician-Maryland or Virginia
This position independently diagnoses, repairs, and maintains medium-sized, more complex commercial heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning systems and/or equipment in Mission Critical facilities. Technicians will diagnose causes of equipment breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs and work to exceed the expectations of our customers. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or three to five years related commercial HVAC repair or equivalent combination of education and experience. A MD/VA HVACR Journeyman’s license is preferred. Universal Refrigeration licenses are a must. Must have a valid Driver’s license. The ability to obtain a clearance is a plus.
Sr. Service Technician-Maryland or Virginia
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the assembly, service start up, repair and maintenance of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating system in commercial, industrial and mission critical facilities. A minimum 5yr. educational background in HVAC service and repair, with current contractors/ HVAC refrigeration license. Must have a journeyman’s license or 10+ years in related commercial HVAC repair or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires strong technical skills and diagnostic capabilities. Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and systems. Must be able to respond to emergency calls as required. Good knowledge of electronic controls. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a clearance is a plus.
Accounting Assistant-Part Time Position
This position will include duties for AP/AR, billing, and assistance with daily admin duties. Must have Accounting Software experience. Data Basics Software experience a plus. Good customer service skills & attention to details are a must. This position will be expected to work 20-25 hours per week.
